I didn't come from an agency. I came from running a real service business — Shine Design Mobile Detailing — where the phone either rang or it didn't.

That pressure taught me what actually moves customers: a brand that earns trust before anyone picks up the phone, a website that answers the right questions fast, a follow-up system that doesn't let leads go cold, and content that makes people feel like they already know you. No agency theory. Real pressure, real results.

When I saw how much bad branding, slow websites, and messy systems were costing other service businesses, I started building for them.
